The BX-30 is Subwoofer , (low frequency speaker for the uninitiated).We keep this big baby around because, despite the fact that the Focal SM9’s cover this frequency spectrum, the BX-30 enables us ( and you ) to completely isolate to low frequency spectrum. Which if you’ve got some unsympathetic action going on between the bass and the Bas drum can be pretty handy. |
